Albert is incredible!! After many different banks and moving a divorce and losing my mom, I gave up on banks. Until Albert called and said he was going to everything possible to make it happen..,and he did!! In a month!! During holidays!!! this would have been 5 stars if we didn't have to pay any closing costs like we have done in the past, also the whole thing with the insurance also delayed our closing. it definitely didn't go as smoothly as it had in the past. It wasn't the same smooth transition. Hopefully this will be the last time we have to refinance. Still happy to be with Rocket though.
