He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and he is also willing to take a call or text during his personal time too. He has no arrogance or judgmental tone which can sometimes be intimidating in banking. I also want to note a very important point...something that you don't see very often nowadays. What is very different about Alex is this...he wants to help you reach goals not just today but in the future as well. We didn't close on the home and never hear from him again. He checked in periodically and knew our situation and what we were looking to do in the next few years. He kept an eye on things specific to our situation and reached out when there was a special that would benefit us over a year later. Commitment and dedication...those are things that are tough to find. Once the deal is done...it's hard to ever get anyone to come back and you very rarely hear from them again.
