Ali was attentive and patient during the beginning of our loan process. We had to make a down payment change and he became annoyed and did not communicate changes to our loan. At the closing, we learned we were charged 15k for a rate buy down Ali never told us about. We have an over 800 credit rating so this was preposterous. Ali should be reprimanded for failing to be transparent.
