He responded to my e-mails and calls with celerity. When others in the process were a little tardy in processing information, he got the ball rolling again immediately. Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring, Courteous. You have a gem. Treat him so! I would hire Allen immediately if I were in need of a customer service professional. I know excellent customer service, as I supervised and managed call centers, in the telephony industry and later ran a construction firm.

Allen was knowledgeable and thorough throughout the loan refi process. He was responsive and tentative to my questions and concerns. I must say this was the best experience I have had in a while doing a loan refi. I've used Rocket Mortgage in the past and it has always been good. But Allen has outdone all previous rep's. I will call him or would recommend him to my friends.
