This is our second mortgage process with Allen. My only concern is he seemed to dismiss the VA loan option without an adequate explanation for that decision. He never told us the VA loan rate, but just dismissed it due to the fact we would have escrow payments. We've got to pay insurance and property taxes anyway, so escrow was not a big deal.
