I looked into doing a loan consolidation of our mortgage and HELOC, but at first was skeptical that it would make sense from a financial standpoint because we already had a good rate on our mortgage. I was very pleasantly surprised. Throughout the whole process, Allen was always friendly, accessible and available for any questions after the initial application over the phone. I have no hesitation in giving my highest recommendation for Allen and would strongly encourage anyone in the market for a home loan or contemplating a mortgage refinance or loan consolidation to contact him!
