She was reassuring and broke down the numbers and debt to income ratios for me when I was nervous about whether I was taking on too much mortgage to income. That conversation gave me the solid foundation I needed to confidently put in my offer. She was quick, communicative, and even shared some personal anecdotes which made the experience all the more enjoyable. I think we walk into these Rocket Mortgages thinking we might lose the personal touch, but that wasn't my experience at all.
