We were planning to have a simultaneous closing so no mortgage would be required. Our buyer backed out three weeks before closing. We had a nonrefundable deposit on our purchase. I called Amanda because my sister had used her about 6 months prior and gave rave reviews. So, I told Amanda we had 3 weeks to get this done. Amanda was very good at explaining all aspects of the loan process, helpful in assisting us with navigating the real estate market and prompt when calling to keep updated on the progress while we were looking for a new home.
