I cannot give Ameer a 5 star rating. My experience with him was not the best and working with him did not give me the "peace of mind" that he claims. I have had positive, amazing experiences with Rocket Mortgage in the past, but for some reason my refinance seemed to have slipped through the cracks with Ameer. Communication was at a standstill and his replies to my texts and calls were not ...I cannot give Ameer a 5 star rating. I have had positive, amazing experiences with Rocket Mortgage in the past, but for some reason my refinance seemed to have slipped through the cracks with Ameer. Communication was at a standstill and his replies to my texts and calls were not returned in a timely manner. Because of this lack of communication, deadlines were at risk of expiring. At one point I spoke to his supervisor to cancel my refinance altogether due to misinformation given by Ameer! All in all, this "home loan experience" was not the best, but stressful. Ameer contacted me on day three after I signed up on some site, ISO refinance loan... The prior 2 days before all the phone calls were so over whelming, people talking too fast then connect me to some else. Before I knew it no stopped answering my phone then I seen a 313 area code finally something locally, it was Ameer. He introduced himself told me about the services he had to offer . Ameer is...Ameer contacted me on day three after I signed up on some site, ISO refinance loan...
