Amrit gives off that vibe. Not only did she lead me through the refinance process step-by-step, but she was more responsive than most other representatives in the financial industry. I don’t say that lightly. I judge every interaction with how quickly people respond. Amrit responded to my questions within minutes most of the time even though I know she deals with hundreds of customers. She made me feel like I was her only customer, and that’s huge.
