Overall, my loan closed successfully, and I appreciate that Andres was patient and courteous throughout the process. However, compared to my previous home purchase, this experience was much more stressful due to the lack of proactive communication. I often had to follow up for updates, and after closing, the escrow had to be corrected because of incorrect information.
