I called Rocket Mortgage on a Saturday morning to find out about refinancing my home and within a few hours Andrew called me. Andrew was very helpful during the finance process. I ran into an issue with an old loan which took a few weeks to straighten out. Once it was taken care of I waited to hear back from Andrew, but unbeknownst to me our account was given to someone else. He was very surprised to know that no one followed up with us and looked into the matter. He called me to inform me that he was going to see this loan through til the end. I was relieved to know that Andrew was on it. Despite a few setbacks we were very happy to have a new loan with Rocket Mortgage. Andrew called me to congratulate me on my new loan.
