Andrew was very persistant and knowledgable of the loan types and process, however i felt, at times, he was acting like a typical sales person trying to pressure me into the loan. At one point I was about to hang up the phone because of the arguements we were having regarding me wanting to wait on the loan process. As it turned out I did gget the lowest interest rate before they started to climb

We felt like things were being pushed without a complete understanding of what our goal was. Both my husband and I had to explain what we were wanting to do several times and we were tossed back and forth with minimal communication of what was happening and why we were needing to speak to other representatives, but in the end we got what we were looking for.
