After 3 other calls from Rocket Mortgage agents that said they couldn't do anything for me, Andrew called. I was snippy because no one seemed to know that I'd already been spoken to each time they called and with no results, I was annoyed. I told Andrew I didn't want to go through the whole thing again and he understood and let me off the phone.

A while later I checked my email and Andrew and found a way to refinance my mortgage and save me on my payment and mortgage insurance. Even after I was short with him.
