I just sent an email to my best friend/son, the subject of which was "You should see the smile on my face!" It was because the holder of my Home Equity Loan, and my charge-card debts and all been paid off as of this morning!

To celebrate, I paid my first payment on my Rocket/Rocket Mortgage a month early.

From the outset of this procedure, Andrew's quick and thorough responses to my questions and his efforts to get this accomplished in as short of time possible, caused me to totally ignore other mortgage providers that were bombarding me with emails daily.

I couldn't be happier with his efforts to make this as quick and simple as possible!

If he ever drive an hour South from Detroit to the Toledo area, I'll be more than happy to buy dinner and some adult beverages.

I found Andrew to be knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. As I am not particularly adept with using a computer, going through a refi completely on line was worrisome. He walked me through the process slowly and repeated guidance with the things that didn't stick in the ol' bear-trap. His support team was equally helpful and communicative.
