Very professional and pitched a great loan deal that anyone could not refuse. Everyone likes saving money and he made it easy for anyone to understand. The only thing I have trouble with is that there was so much coming out for appraisal and all the other things when I had asked about me having to pay again for appraisal and couple other things and he said no.
