My whole experience, which was dragged out for 90 days, was the most miserable, appalling, disappointing, ridiculous mess I’ve ever been involved with. Worked my way up thru managers who were absolutely worthless. Title was screwed up as well. Rocket mortgage is the very last company I would ever recommend. What a horrid experience. And it’s absolutely impossible to get to upper management. This is a terrible experience I dealt with so many disorganized people at least 15 to 20 people just for a refinance. Nobody ever knew what another person was doing and you never speak to the same person would never recommend this company and I’m in the real estate business.
