Angela was wonderful! Professional, friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. She communicative via phone, text, and email. I felt like she was able to answer any question we had and if she needed to get back to us it was always withing 24 hours if not sooner. Would recommend her to anyone!

Angela was great to work with. Always prompt with returning calls and communicating. However underwriting and final closing was a disaster and was a terrible experience. Cash to close was not communicated clearly and pre approval letter and final approval amount were not the same ending up costing me thousands more to close and with notification of such costs on closing day. 5 stars for Angela’s ...Angela was great to work with. Angela did not inform the cost of running credit scores to me until I asked. She did not inform that consumer credit scores and mortgage loans do not go together either. The interest rates, while I understand are not decided by her, were changed (higher of course) to me the day I decided to lock the loan in, despite having the highest score a person could have (top tier).
