Incredible service. Preliminary loan evaluation in 15 minutes by phone. Online application handled by others but Angelo checked in from time to time. Everything went as he said it would. Only problem was an uncooperative and incompetent appraiser which had nothing to do with Angelo. (I'm an appraiser. Value was too low but OK for underwriting purposes.) Appraisal was not USPAP credible.
