With that said, due to Anna's professionalism, knowledge and friendly nature, I reach out to her to refinance due to the low rates and she has been fantastic. She stepped back in to provide me with details and options and worked with me the entire way, even when I was starting to get nervous that the process was slowing down she assured me "that we will get this done for you." In the end, she made it happen and i got the refinance through Rocket Mortgage and Anna has made that experience extremely easy and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get a mortgage. I understand Rocket Mortage is the one who provided my loan but it was Anna who represented your company and my point person on this and I would not have chosen Rocket Mortgage the second time without her.
