Scammer. Sent an unsolicited text to me about using my equity to help lower costs or access cash. I'm 5 states away from him and have never inquired about using my equity from my lender, let alone this guy. Worse part is, I have to "opt-out" of something I never chose to opt-in to! Total scam!!
