Anthony made everything so easy from my first call to closing and even a follow up call to make sure everything was okay and to see how we were settling in and to let me know that he’s keeping me on his watch ...I’ve employed Rocket Mortgage since they were known as Quicken Loans. I just had the pleasure of working with them through a sale of my home in Maryland and subsequent purchase in Florida. Anthony made everything so easy from my first call to closing and even a follow up call to make sure everything was okay and to see how we were settling in and to let me know that he’s keeping me on his watch list in the event percentage rates come down. (Mind Blown!). (Rocket is good like that as they saved me quite a bit of $$ when interest rates fell to under 3% in my former residence).

Anthony and Cody were always easy to contact and quick to respond with answers or whatever I needed. If Anthony wasn’t there, he made sure his clients were covered by his Associate, Cody, also was very accessible as well. The Rocket Mortgage tools that brings you through tasks and deadlines kept everything on track, is user friendly and even a novice could use them. Both Anthony and Cody worked well with the selling and purchasing realtors. In fact, my realtor at the Florida closing was bragging to the selling agent on how well the Rocket team worked with her and the title company.
