Our situation was a bit unusual, making it very difficult for us to get the specific documents needed for the underwriting process. Armando handled the tight timeline and complex situation with ease, tackling every single challenge with absolute professionalism while remaining deeply reassuring. He was incredibly quick to respond and always kept us fully informed. From the day we started until we closed was just seven weeks total—and that even included a one-week delay from the seller's side! Armando kept the momentum moving seamlessly. Armando was very patient, polite and professional. We were not familiar with purchasing a home online and he was so patient. He answered all our questions and guided us through the whole process, even checking with us at the end. We have dealt with banks all our lives and he has been the best experience we have ever had. We highly recommend Armando and Rocket Mortgage to everyone!!
