Lots of phone tag. And on the day of closing my paperwork was updated, and incorrect. Instead of receiving the $800 I was promised throughout the entire process, I was told the day of closing that I owed $250. Ashaunti was not helpful in this last minute change, which I would considering to be a crazy 180 of circumstances. After calling 5 different people, I thankfully got in contact with someone who knew more about my loan that it seems even ashaunti did, and they were able to quickly and accurately break down my loan situation for me an hour before closing.

I’m only pleased that I’ll now be able to pay off my 30 year mortgage in 20 thanks to the refinance, but it was not professionally managed in my experience.Read MoreRead Less
