Ashley was very friendly and helpful. We had a great start and towards the end we started having some issues. We understood that there is more than one person involved with these loans. On our closing date on our actual appointment they had forgotten to send us and the lady that was doing all the notary for our closing the documents for the closing. We started our appointment 45 min late due to this negligence. I understand this is all alot of work for them but, it is for us as well.
