I cannot believe the reviews on this site. Austin was the absolute worst. First, he completely misrepresented the entire process. He tried to sneak in points to lower a rate that a competitor was offering. Once he was caught, he magically consulted a supervisor to match the rate. Then, as a selling tactic, told us that the closing process was faster than other banks. 30-40 days to close. It...I cannot believe the reviews on this site. Austin was the absolute worst.
