I was interested in a lower home equity loan rate and received a return call from Austin N. He was polite, professional, and well informed. Despite the fact that he was not able to help me with my loan due to its lower balance and bank policies, he was able to assist me in other ways. I had asked him a few questions re: my credit score and he highlighted 2 problems I was not aware of.
