After being denied from two different lenders because of our student loans, my wife did some research and found out that Rocket Mortgage was a potential lender. After submitting all the information on a Sunday afternoon and being told that I needed to chat with a lender in order to provide more information, I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday before I heard anything. But Avis popped up in a chat box and he and I chatted online for another hour getting everything straight. He told me I was Pre-Approved and could start looking for a house. Any questions I had, he responded very quickly and if he didn't know the answer, he pointed me in the right direction or found out the answer for me. Hopefully, I never have to go through the mortgage process again, but if I do, I'm contacting Avis directly and having him help me through the process.
