Bay has to be one of the easiest and nicest person that I have ever dealt with. Knows how to get right to the point without being rude. I have never had an easier experience with banks or other lenders. Nothing was an issue and he made it a simple process by walking you through every step of the way. Any other clients that get Bay to work on a loan will understand this.
