Holy smokes, I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ben. First off, he's a miracle worker. Like, seriously. He got us, from start to close (we changed mortgage lenders about 30 days out) in less than 30 days. Next, he got us almost 1% rate difference between our old lender and Rocket, and our closing costs were about $4k less. He made the process pretty painless and stress-free compared to my previous home purchases, especially since we were working with him from 4-5 states away. He knew what he was talking about and was the voice of reassurance when things looked like they were going sideways.
