Benjamin went above and beyond. Was extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Totally understand different phases of the loan process has to go thru different dept. it did create some confusion for us but it all worked out. Each person we dealt with had different work ethics and scheduling. Working with Benjamin was an amazing experience. As a first time home buyer, he was patient and made sure any questions I had was answered promptly. I never felt under any pressure and knew I could rely on him for whatever I needed. My only complaint is I couldn’t work with him for the entire process!
