I am in the residential mortgage business but our company is not licensed in Colorado. Bianka is a superb loan officer. I wish we could hire her. She kept us fully informed and advocated for us to get a lender credit to reduce the discount points on the interest rate, even though interest rates were rising after we locked. I would use Bianka again if we ever needed a purchase loan or when we refinance our loan if interest rates drop.Read MoreRead Less
