Knowledgeable, professional, friendly with exceptional customer service. Exceptional means, she continued to keep in contact with texted messages, emails and phone calls even when her portion of the refinance process was completed. Most of the time, this has not been my experience. If the level of customer service Bianka provided is the norm, then I will always be a customer.
