I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bill to put my loan together. It was not a simple loan due to some complications from my recent divorce. Bill worked with me thru every step and made it seem simpler than it was. When the loan was transferred to the closing team I ran into more problems mainly because the closing team was not communicating with each other.
Out of frustration I call Bill and found ...I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bill to put my loan together. It was not a simple loan due to some complications from my recent divorce. When the loan was transferred to the closing team I ran into more problems mainly because the closing team was not communicating with each other.
Out of frustration I call Bill and found that I should have done that earlier, within a day the loan was back on track and the rest went smoothly.

Bill managed to save a home purchase for my client, for that I am hugely grateful. After dealing with an different lender for 3 weeks and getting to the point of closing, only to have the terms changed, we had 14 days to turn this around and get my client closed. Bill checked with his supervisor on the timing prior to giving us the go ahead, as he didn't want to cost my client any additional fees ...Bill managed to save a home purchase for my client, for that I am hugely grateful.
