I was very skeptical about Rocket Mortgage, but Bill assured me everything would be done in time and we did indeed close in time! I don't recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone who prefers speaking to only one person and isn't good with email/logging in to a website. Bill worked with me thru every step and made it seem simpler than it was.
