Bill was friendly and helpful but once we got the ball rolling on this refinance he disappeared and we were passed off to other team members that didn't hold the same level of communication. I felt as though they didn't care about finishing up the loan process because they couldn't simply pick up the phone to call and update us. This caused a delay in getting the process done and the loan amount going up. Now I'm stuck paying more for my loan when Rocket Mortgage should've figured out a way for them to absorb that additional charge rather than me. If only the rest of employees were like Bill. Bill deserves 5 stars but rocket 2 for the poor communication after his part in the process.Read MoreRead Less
