Bill is the greatest. As I have said in other reviews; after Bill helped me with a great loan several years ago I only want Bill. Have several accts with B of A. Their broker, a friend, wanted to write this loan. I said, "No, I'm working with Bill." As for the issues with Bill not doing everything. I realize some things Bill must pass off to others. But, I stick with Bill!!!

Bill was friendly and helpful but once we got the ball rolling on this refinance he disappeared and we were passed off to other team members that didn't hold the same level of communication. I felt as though they didn't care about finishing up the loan process because they couldn't simply pick up the phone to call and update us. This caused a delay in getting the process done and the loan amount ...Bill was friendly and helpful but once we got the ball rolling on this refinance he disappeared and we were passed off to other team members that didn't hold the same level of communication. I felt as though they didn't care about finishing up the loan process because they couldn't simply pick up the phone to call and update us. This caused a delay in getting the process done and the loan amount going up. Now I'm stuck paying more for my loan when Rocket Mortgage should've figured out a way for them to absorb that additional charge rather than me. If only the rest of employees were like Bill. Bill deserves 5 stars but rocket 2 for the poor communication after his part in the process.Read MoreRead Less

I sincerely apologize if there was an opportunity where I could have provided better expectations for you. I would never intend to leave any of my clients feeling this way. It is our process to have our team members specialized in different roles. My role as a licensed mortgage banker is to initially set your loan up in reference to the terms and structure, while our processing team will assist you with the underwriting requirements as the loan progresses. Please let me know if there is anything, I can do for you in the future. It will be my pleasure to assist if given the opportunity to re-earn your trustRead MoreRead Less

We had an exceptional experience with Bill. After suffering from a TIA stroke just a week earlier, we decided to look into a consolidation of our expenses. We contacted Bill and he found us a way to consolidate and reduce our monthly expenses. The process was easy and faast. I would recommend his services for anyone looking to consolidate and or re-finance.
