I can honestly and confidently say that Billy Harb was the absolute main reason why I chose to refinance my home through Rocket Mortgage!
Billy and I spoke about 6 months in advance to me choosing to refinance. Billy was honest, supportive and above all respectful and knowledgeable about exactly what I would want to do going forward with my refinance loan.

Billy not only answered my call he answered my prayers....I had refinanced with another bank and when I received the final documents they had not included the taxes ...I was irate and they said it was past the three days there was nothing they could do. I called Rocket Mortgage got Billy and he worked it out for me not only did I get a great rate ...my taxes AND insurance are now covered. THANK ...Billy not only answered my call he answered my prayers....I had refinanced with another bank and when I received the final documents they had not included the taxes ...I was irate and they said it was past the three days there was nothing they could do.
