In the age of computers, internet and phones Bob Reed was personable and easy to work with. I was able to accomplish the entire process without stepping one foot into an office waiting room. I tried other traditional mortgage offices prior to calling Bob. I found the main stream mortgage offices to be inconvenient and unavailable.
