I would no longer be a customer of Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage if it werent for Branden! The initial experience we had in refinancing our home wasnt good. He stepped in, and essentially wouldn't let me off the phone until we got back on track, and also that we were satisfied with the process moving forward. he then stayed ON IT!
