I don’t usually write reviews, but Brandon absolutely deserves one.

The home loan process took longer than expected, and there were times when it could have easily become frustrating. Throughout the entire experience, Brandon was the main reason I stayed with Rocket Mortgage. He was consistently responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping my family get through the process.

What stood out most was that I never felt like just another customer. Brandon took the time to answer questions, explain each step, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed along the way. Even when challenges came up, he remained professional, positive, and supportive.

Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone like Brandon in your corner makes a huge difference. I’m incredibly grateful for his guidance, dedication, and commitment to helping us reach the finish line.
