Brandon was pleasant and easy to work with. My objection to his work is he quoted me an interest rate and when the program ran out for that rate he said he could still get it. That was wrong while reading my closing papers I found out the rate was 2% higher. That increased my monthly payment. This makes a big difference in monthly budgeting.
