My memory is not as good as it used to be, however, when Brent was 'selling' us on the refi idea, I believe he said that there would be no out of pocket costs. We ended up with over $700 in closing costs that were not explained by him or others prior to receiving the closing cost materials. After our intentions to refi became clear, I don't believe we ever heard from him again. However, I would assume that is the policy or the way that RM has constructed their service.
