I was referred to Brent specifically with Rocket Mortgage by a family member. I am SO grateful to have had HIS help through the entire home loan process. He educated me, was so patient and considerate and every request or question I had, he handled expeditiously. I had begun the process working with a shady realtor who tried convincing me that Rocket Loans/ Rocket Mortgage is a joke and that sellers have even walked away when they found out that was the buyers financing company, but that was a TOTAL lie, I found out once I started working with a different realtor. I shopped around for my mortgage and got the most advantageous deal through this company.
