I had been working with 2 Banks who kept telling me "we'll start the process, soon". Then my bank and an independent broker, who both left me in the dart. I saw an add for Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage, so I made a call. I received a call from Brent who told me what he could do for me, what the process was and how soon it could be done. Any information I needed about my loan I could get on My Rocket Mortgage or call and ask Brent personally. the quality of the service was outstanding
