Brett was with us every step of the way, and has a great customer focus mentality. He was particularly good at being a single point of contact when we had questions throughout the process. Rocket Mortgage uses a specialist-based process so you deal with multiple people which can get confusing sometimes, and Brett stood out a answering any questions we had.
