Brian made himself available to walk me through documents over the phone after Cali business hours, and I was appreciative of his availability so I wouldn't have to deal with these personal matters while at work. I also like that he had people check in with me every step of the way via phone, and I remained very informed. I loved that he sent a notary to our house for final document signing. I have to say Brian had made my home refi experience pretty easy to understand and do. He was on top of every transaction and paperwork follow up. He was there even after hours when I needed to confirm receipt of paperwork.
