Any time I had questions or didn’t fully understand something, she was always happy to go back over it until we were both on the same page. As a 20-year-old first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and she never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking them.

Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and patient, but she was also friendly and made me laugh throughout the process, which made what could have been a stressful experience much more enjoyable.

Bridgett hung in with us through the pre-Approval process even though it took several months. Then she stayed on top of the loan approval and saw to it that we could close in short order. You can't go wrong using her and I seriously doubt you could do better with any other loan officer.

Bridget stepped in and was there from day one all the way through closing. She consistently answered calls, returned messages quickly, communicated clearly, and was transparent throughout the entire mortgage process. She went above and beyond in every way.

Honestly, she became the only person I trusted with our file. During a period she was out of office, things quickly became complicated and stressful. When she returned, she jumped right back in, fought to correct mistakes, advocated for us, and worked tirelessly to get us to clear to close.

Bridget is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, authentic, and genuinely cares about her clients. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but she made us feel supported and informed every step of the way.

If you are looking for a loan officer who communicates, follows through, and truly advocates for her clients, I highly recommend Bridget.
