If ALL customer service people had the character of Brock, NO ONE would ever go away frustrated, annoyed and babbling to themselves. He was clear, precise and answered all questions to my satisfaction. He did not come across as not liking his job. Once I was assigned another person in the steps toward a mortgage, I needed help.
