Candice won my refinance business for Rocket Mortgage. She was VERY courteous but VERY proactive. I applied late on a Saturday night, and we were mostly done relaying the necessary information and forms to Candice by Sunday afternoon. She was very patient when we were filling out the paperwork online and she stuck with us until we completed all necessary documents.
