Caroline Roberts is a great mortgage banker. She was never too busy to return our calls and answers any question we had. She address all of our concerns. I will definitely refer anyone I know who is In need of a mortgage to Caroline Roberts.

Caroline was very easy to work with and made sure she or a member from her team was responsive. It was a very smooth process working with her.

When Caroline first called me, I was feeling very comfortable in my existing mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. Caroline showed me the benefits of doing the re-fi and I made the decision to do it. The process was clear and easy. I was so impressed that I gave Caroline the contact information for a friend of mine who was impressed when I told him what was being done for me. I refinanced my home recently and Caroline Roberts helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend her as she is knowledgeable, quick to respond, friendly, smart, and not only reduced the length of my mortgage, but also substantially lowered my monthly payment. I will use her again if I ever need to refinance, but she got me such a great deal I don't know if I'll need to do that again.

Caroline was so awesome to work with on this loan. I believe that I have done at least four Rocket Mortgage in the last 13 years and Caroline was by far the most attentive and responsive agent I have ever worked with. What a talent, and what a great representative for your organization.
She was outstanding! Eric Stones
